Peter leads Arup’s Advanced Technology and Research Practice in the UK, which is a group of 100 engineers who apply first principles engineering and advanced numerical techniques to projects across a wide range of industries.Peter’s technical expertise in dynamics, analysis and vibration is complimented with wider experience of logistics and project management from his time at Arup, Médecins sans Frontières and an MBA at INSEAD.

Roland Trim | |

Roland leads Arup’s Advanced Technology and Research Practice in Bristol. He has expertise across a broad range of disciplines including structural dynamics and vibration, structural analysis and composites. He often helps clients by taking a first principles approach to unusual problems.Roland is a keen dingy sailor and active member of the UK Cherub Class. He has built several Cherubs in his workshop, including spars and foils. He is leading the Arup Skiff entry to the ISAF trials in 2012 and was responsible for analysis of the design and optimisation for manufacture.

Jac Cross | |

Jac is an Associate in Arup’s Advanced Technology and Research Practice, based in Solihul. He has a strong all-round technical background including expertise in structural analysis and composites. As well as his technical expertise Jac has developed business models and cases on projects related to the electric vehicle system in the UK.Jac is part of the Arup Skiff team preparing the financial aspects of the Arup Skiff proposal.

Kevin is the director and founder of ndtechnology.Kevin is known for his cutting edge hydrodynamic designs and analysis, especially in the foiling moth community and is responsible for the shape of the Arup Skiff hull and foils.
